Boring

I thouroughly enjoyed the book, but without any real narration this film has no story, it's just a man with a condition. I can see the exact same film being made about anyone with a disability, it had no personal references from the author, it had no intimate details into how the main character was feeling, and only rarely a peek into this man's mind. To me it was just an outside view into the fairly mundane life of a man with a physical disability. The book was something else, it was an in debth account of a man's life and the suffering he encountered and overcame, it was an autobiography, but I wouldn't like to think every autobiography should be made into a film. Anyway I just thought it had no real narrative, it was just about a man's life, that's just my opinion.

I'm with you on that one. I haven't read the book, but the film has nothing apart form the acting.

And one well deserved head butt.

Dick, this is nuts.
