First movie to completely disappoint when compared to the book
Horrible, just horrible... Is what I said when I went to see this with high expectations,the book was steak this movie was a hotdog.

The whole movie has such a bad Sci-Fi channel TV movie of the week feel.... such a low budget P0S
Check out "The John Varley Reader." Wonderful collection complete with his inside take on what all went wrong with the project from beginning to end. I laughed. I wept.
