Seen this movie many times and I have always wondered about the meaning of Dorn's hand gesture during the scene where the coaches are talking about the players as they arrive for camp. Dorn kind of points at the coaches and spins his finger around. What does this mean? I've always wondered.

i'm pretty sure that finger twist has something to do with golf.. but i don't know what it means
