'We Love You'

I always found the scene with Della saying "We love you" to James while giving him a peck on the cheek very poignant and moving. I know that the goal of the producers was to try and 'humanize' Bond using Timothy Dalton, and this very line does just that. Considering Bond's background, the fact that he IS an orphan, this probably meant a lot to him and this comes out in Timothy Dalton's reaction. This little scene is one of the reasons LTK is one of my top favorite Bond movies. Did anyone else love this moment in the film?

Apart from the fact that Della seemed maybe a bit TOO affectionate towards Bond, I agree. Clearly the whole point was to set-up the fact that it was the death of the bride on her wedding day that was the trigger for Bond seeking his revenge because the same thing happened to him.

and M had no care for that what a Jerk he was he did not even have care to look at Bond's background knowing he was once married what a jerk Boss M should have died.
