he did not M just did not see the whole point in friendship. M used to have his navy friends till they were killed But they all did not care because one man was nearly killed and a woman was raped. Bond did say "Do you have a law for what happened to Flex" Lets put it this way did any of you play "Assassins Creed Rouge?" ok here is the story Shay a assassin used to be part of the brotherhood until he went on a mission to get an artifact until a hole town got destroyed people died Shay got so mad at at his boss because of what happened he was so mad that he did not care for the assassins anymore so he joined the Templars and in his point of view that it is the other person not caring for the problem that is why a person feels they been betrayed so Bond is not bad it's his boss ands the government not doing there job. If they all knew the DEA had a dirty cop none of this would have happened. Do you think of the flight desk woman just told bond what happened and he would be like "Oh i don't care"
