I've seen LTK so many times, but this is the first time I've seen this deleted scene

Look at this video, about 17 mins into it

Dalton in his hotel room, smoking, taking the Walther PPK out of a hip flask and watching Sanchez on TV

Where did this scene surface from ??

The reviewer states, at approx 1 min, that the scenes are taken only from official releases, i.e. the ultimate edition dvds and/or blu-rays.
