Help? Question about this movie?

Ok when i was younger i remember seeing a really disturbing movie where a kid is kidnapped, i am not sure but i think i remember the kidnapper dying this kids hair blond well anyways other parts i remember are the kid buying smokes saying they were for his dad after the kidnapper had given him money, i also remember him playing video games or something like that while the kidnapper and some women were having sex and they made him come to bed with him. I also remember him being found when he was quite a bit older and when he came home his brother was on his way somewhere and heard on the radio that he had been found and instantly cancelled his trip to return home for the kids reunion.

I dont know if this is the movie is it? If not do u know what movie i am talking about?
