The scene on the bridge

This scene always got to me. It reminded me of something I read about how victims of sexual abuse tend to not care if they live or die. I thought that scene displayed his ambivalence perfectly, if that's what they were going for.

This story was so incredibly tragic.

Yeah, I was moved by that scene, especially when he dropped his beer bottle off the bridge, and it hit a rock and broke and the beer dripped all over the rock. That scene really got to me.
