Where was this filmed?
Just watched the Warner Archive DVD (quality is very good by the way) and wondering if anyone knew exactly where this was filmed? They must have at least used 2 different towns since the street signs in the scenes taking place in Ukiah are different than the ones in Merced.
I recently drove by the house in Merced where the Stayners lived during that time, it doesn't look anything like the house used in the movie (there's a picture of it online somewhere). And no, I did not see any sign of the name "STEVEN" on the garage door- I specifically looked for that.
