during the interview scene,jessica is talking and her watch flies off into the interviewer's hands. two questions. one, how does that happen in general. two, was it neccessary in that scene?

I believe it was necessary in that scene. It was a moment of comedy that uplifted the mood.

This is crazy that some random thought made me think of this movie. The board is full of 8+ year old threads, all imported from IMDb, yet here is your post on this totally random and obscure movie from 7 days ago.

I didn't expect anything much at all, yet alone so recent.
