i didn't catch what he did wrong in the film, can someone please confirm what he did wrong to me?

Haven't seen this movie in a long time, but I'll take a stab and say that while he didn't do anything wrong specifically, he didn't want the main character attending Ramsey.

Also, he did accept a applicant who turned out to be a baby elephant.

He was kind of a dick, putting down the applicants who didn't have money or scores.
