Michael aimlessly wondering around in the background

Talking about that scene when Tina and Sammy are walking to the children's clinic and while they're talking we can clearly see Michael lurking around the tress in the shadows just wondering around like an old man who doesn't know where he is. We even see him dunk under a tree branch at one point, and just wondering around like he's kicking rocks bored while waiting for them to get done talking.

It just looks so fucking stupid, on so many levels, mainly cause its making Michael look fucking goofy, and another thing its a huge fucking guy with a butchers knife and a mask on in broad daylight right there and Tina and Sammy are oblivious to it.
