I am rather surprised the three deleted scenes with billy were not part of the blu ray collection.

There's a scene of him riding his bike out front of Rachel's house, the actor who played Billy conformed this scene was shot on a forum sometime ago, I believe he said there was some other scene shot that explains he wasn't actually a patient at the clinic but visited Jamie? and I think he said there was another scene shot involving him and Jamie after she is chased through the clinic by the janitor, from memory he said the scene had something to do with him seeing Micheal in the clinic, thus making it seem Micheal did chase Jamie?? I'll try and find this thread.
