The tower of farm

What a spooky location. It worked well placing a party at a secluded area like the country side and having him stalk teenagers inside a barn. In fact I wanted more time spent there.

It was pretty awesome. A lot of the movie sadly was rushed. A lot was cut. The whole different opening with the guy painting the Thorn symbol on Michaek, the bloodbath at the clinic that we only saw the aftermath of. That was actually filmed according to Don Shanks, but the MPAA killed it. The cop's death's could've been shown. But alas, this is what happens when you try to release movies one year a part. Unlike Fridays that have mostly a fresh set of victims each time, Halloween had continuity and layers. Especially Loomis. He was consistent. It would've been better to wait a year and add, polish 5. But what we got wasn't a complete waste.

Are you thinking of Halloween 6 with the alternative start and the thorn symbol being painted on baby Steven? The bloodbath too

Nope. If you get the Halloween Blu Ray Box Set, it comes with a Horror's Hallowed Grounds episode for Halloween 5 with Don Shanks and Sean Clark. Don Shanks talks about the cut scenes, the bloodbath at the clinic where he twists a guy's head around, very inventive kills, etc. Been a while since I've seen it and forget specifics. He also mentions the opening cut sequence that's never been seen. I think one of the making of Halloween 5 documentaries mentions it too. Even in audio commentary, Jeffery Landman who played Billy revealed his character's fate, which we never saw resolved onscreen (He thinks Billy lived).

Awesome, I have owned all the films on all formats, as they're my favourite horror franchise. Unfortunately, I couldn't get the blu ray box set tho, as I live in the UK and they won't play over here. I wonder if there is a link on YouTube. Thank you
