The scene where Georgina pleads to Borst...

...to cook Michael. What was your take on this scene? I thought it dragged on a bit too long, and the dialogue seemed somewhat forced and awkward. In contrast, the rest of the film had my eyes (and ears) gripped to the screen. This one scene seemed out of place. Thoughts?

I thoroughly enjoyed the scene, I thought it gave an in depth look into Georgina's mind and what it was like to live with a pig like Albert. I think it was one of the more important and touching scenes in the movie.

Though to each is own.

I really don't like this scene. I hate how it spells out what Georgina plans to do, which rather neuters the impact of the final scene. I mean, just as a scene by itself, it's lovely, but as a piece of the overall film, I don't think it belongs.

I really wanted them to have sex.

Wouldn't it have been better if they'd left that scene out and made the reveal of Michael's cooked carcass a surprise? (and not just draped a sheet over it so anyone could tell what it was)

Or would that be a bit clichéd?
