first shot - slow motion???

i've seen this film many a time, one of my all time favourites, and was
watching it yet again the other night.

i have never before noticed that the footage of the dogs and the
scaffolding through the credits roughly up to the point the waiters
open the curtains seems to be in slow motion. can't believe i've never
noticed this but the more i look at it the more i am certain.

unless it's just me imagining it....
