Now I know why Megan Gallagher never had much of a film career

I enjoy watching this actress although she does seem one note at times. Loved her on Larry Sanders and discovering her work on Millenium. This movie is pretty slow and the writing just isn't that good. Her role is a weird mix of Scarlett O'Hara and Mata Hari. She is a arms purchaser for the nascent confederate armed forces. A despicable trollop but one that would fit right in with Gov. Palin loving teabaggers who seem to be arming themselves to the teeth these days. Now as I mentioned earlier, she is interesting to watch but she steered clear of the sexbomb roles which may have been a mistake. She may've missed out on some key roles to put her up there with Sharon Stone, Andie MacDowell and Lolita Davidovich. I'm sure she's not hurting but oh, what could've been.
