Black cop spoiler

At the beginning of the movie, these two cops come in with the bad guy. For a lack of better way to separate them, one is black and one is white.

Who plays the black cop? I ask because he looks familiar but I can't figure out where I've seen him.

I don't know his name, but he played Dolph Lundgrens partner who gets killed at the beginning of Dark angel AKA I come in peace
