says to nick when they are planning the farm "operation"
he is on arnt about how sato might just as well be an american
when nick says he is the answer to sugai's problems..
and nobody has to know
Basically sugai tells nick that the situation is none of his business and that sato is like an American as he is in it for the money and is not honourable/loyal in the Japanese/yakuza way. Nick mocks him and ask him what he's in it for. Then sugai goes on about how the American bombing of japan during ww2 brought the black rain & created dishonourable criminals like sato by shoving their values down their throats etc and the creation of the plates is a way of paying him (America) back!!!!
