He looks like Larry Appleton from Perfect Strangers on the cover
The original VHS cover chose the worst picture of Michael Douglas ever. When I was a kid I was shocked that Lary Appleton from Perfect Strangers starred in an action movie. I honestly always thought it was him. I know it probably said Michael Douglas on top of the cover, but I didn't know who Michael Douglas was back then.
Plus he's all dry mopped on the cover and all the screen shots I've seen of the movie Douglas is wet mopped.
