Can't wait... sounds like they used most of the story from Amityville 4, with touches from It's About Time and A New Generation!
Liked those films, especially 4, so I'll be waiting for this one!

It will not be a true remake of Amityville 4. It will use some of the same character's names, but will not follow the same story.

It's 2013 now and the only Amityville Horror movie that's been made since that post is The Amityville Haunting. I haven't seen it (though I plan to in the near future) but I hear it's supposed to be pretty bad. I will judge for myself when the time comes.
