Does anyone know how good the quality of the episodes are?
I don't have netflix but am thinking about getting it just so I can watch these!
In the mean time Ive been watching them on youtube.

The quality of Seasons 2-3 are on par with the quality of the Season 1 DVD set. The only thing is, that they are obviously not ready for distribution. Many of the episodes in Season 2 have blue screens that say "Commercial #1" (or the appropriate number) where the commercials should be. Other than that, the sound and video is on par with whats already been released....

Also, since I originally watched this on The Family Channel back in the day, I've noticed that the show was censored a lot back then. The episode "Dark Brother" (a pretty bad episode) was not aired on The Family Channel repeats. I also caught other repeats on the Hallmark Channel that weren't censored, but edited for time. I don't know the source of the episodes on YouTube. But if they're not recordings from the original broadcasts, they are probably censored or cut for time....

I'm a little behind as well. I was looking up something else on Netflix last weekend and just thought, on a whim, I'd check. Boy am I glad!! I was near tears! lol My friend looked at me like I was going to pass out. I have so missed this show! Maybe if enough people show interest they will finally put the remaining two seasons on dvd.

I don't suffer from my addictions I enjoy ever second of them!

I just discovered this too! Sadly I don't get to utilize it much because I don't have internet at home but I am going to watch several episodes I've been wanting to see for a decade!

I still cant believe how much I missed this show!! I've been trying to get through an episode a night and its funny how many I remember and how many I dont. I started laughing when I watched the one with the wild beast that turned out to be a camel! I still wish they would put it on dvd already. I want to OWN it!

Me too. I squealed when I first saw Season 1 on DVD - it was a while before I could get it, but I was a happy camper. Its made me look to see if some of my other favorite shows from that era were on DVD (some are, most aren't)

If you're in the states www.hulu.com has all three seasons of The Young Riders on their site for free. I watch it all the time. You have to watch on your computer but it's worth it and you can make it full screen. :)
