You were younger than Bart. Now you're older than Homer. How does that feel? Must be weird.

Yeah it’s weird. I would have been 8 and I’ll be 40 in November.

YUP...I WAS 8...I JUST TURNED 40.

Definitely weird, especially considering that I turned nine years old the summer before the Simpsons aired on FOX TV (I turned 41 last August)
