Why support a show that outsources animation and screws over domestic talent? (repost)

The thing that amazes me about the love for The Simpsons is that no one seems to care that thousands of jobs that could've gone to Americans went to South Koreans instead. As usual, the assholes claim that it was because they provided better quality (even though the US is home to many outstanding art schools, including Cal Arts) and we all know that the real reason S. Koreans were hired was that they produced twice the output at a fraction of the cost of an American animator.

I'm particularly disgusted because for the amount they've been paying the bloated fat asses to read their lines and the increasingly lazy writers, they could've created steady work for thousands of American artists.

Nobody in America wants to do 2D animation for pre-teens.
Americans are willing to do 2D for classy shit like South Park.

Well the Simpsons is a product of Hollywood / LA / California yeah?
It's just another example of do as I say, not as I do

Just like how Hollywood celbs are against the 2A, and Trump securing the southern border. But then hire armed security, put up walls, and live in compounds because they need protection.
