I've had an idea for a Treehouse of Horror Story

Skinner's Motel

Something traumatic happens to skinner which forces him to leave the school and town and takes his mother with him.

a few years later the simpsons family go off on one of their holidays but decide to stop off at a motel for the night.

they discover that skinner is running it.

That night Marge gets killed in the shower and Homer is murdered in bed.
It's up to Bart and Lisa to find out what is going on

of course this is a Psycho/Bates motel parody and i figured skinner was the best person for Norman bates as he's ruled by his mother

Of course if they wanted to mix things up skinner/mr burns could maybe work too

They had the same idea in "Halloween of Horror".

And all the earlier episodes where they parodied Psycho for a scene or two featuring Skinner and his mother in the first place.

I wish they had gone with the ideas that Homer said in "Halloween of Horror".

Exactly. I feel like they have already parodied it enough that it would all feel like rehash anyway. Would have been a great idea if they hadn't already done it throughout other episodes.

That would be an awesome idea! Skinner is definately like Norman Bates with his obsession of his mother, etc.
