When Jaleel White's voice got deep, it was much more difficult for him to talk like Steve Urkel. That is why he played Stefan so much!

Urkel's voice sounded more nasally as he got older. Very annoying!



They should have let Jaleel keep talking normally. It was stupid for Urkel to keep that nasally voice.

I wonder what his voice would've sounded like if he didn't have to keep manipulating it all the time.

It would have sounded just like the voice he uses for Stefan Urquelle. I'm sure he only used that nasally voice when shooting.
