Episode help

I was wondering if anybody knew the title of this episode. I'll explain as much detail as I can remember, I have not seen this show in years. The episode starts out with everyone in the living room doing some type of task. Carl is standing up reading the newspaper while we hear Steve outside screaming. He's losing control riding roller skates, or blades. The front door is open and we see Steve uncontrollably skate through the house, Carl doesn't even look up from his paper and simply jumps forward to avoid a collision with Steve as he loses control in the house and into the backyard, followed by a loud crash. Carl walks over to the door, we hear Steve speak up "Thank you" in a weak voice.

Carl in a somewhat bored voice simply says "Your welcome" shutting the door.
