I wish the tenth and probably final year or even the tv movie would have had the steve and laura wedding.

Note season 10 also brings back Waldo and OGD. Also, Stefan dies and merges into Steve (Steve finally loses his high pitched voice as a result).
I remember seeing this before and it had lots of great ideas. I do wonder how myra would have been written out considering the fact michelle thomas died from cancer after the show cancellation.

shareSeason 10, seemed like it would have been a great season. It would have been nice to have seen some closure to the characters moving on to a better life. It's such a shame that this didn't happen because Family Matters was one of the most popular shows of the 1990's. I actually like how they were going to have Bill Cosby host a retrospective episode. That would have been hilarious to have seen especially since Family Matters and Cosby came on the same network at that time CBS.
I didn't care all that much for season 8-9 but I still watch it regardless. I was also happy they would have brought the original Harriette back to the show, but the producers should have never let her go to begin with. No offense to Judyann Elder, but I would have liked it more if they didn't even show Harriette or had her busy with work as an explaination then to cast a new actress that had a lot of shoes to fill.

In the proposed 10th season, Myra DOES end up with OGD. I guess she was destined to become a Mrs. Urkel after all.
shareIt would have been nice to see the happy ending for all the characters. I know it would have been tough to see a Myra replacement after Michelle Thomas passing.

shareI don't think they would go that route remember its a sitcom not a drama. They probably would have had Myra & Stefan get drunk ,elope and get married in vegas or have her become a super model or something quirky to write the character off.
shareThey wouldn't have been able to find a new actress to play Myra as well as Michelle T did she was excellent in the role and the chemistry between her and J. White was great. I saw a youtube interview with Jaleel and he said he really enjoyed working with her so I doubt they would recast the role.
