I totally agree with you, I was really upset that they took this show off the air.

It is back in reruns, on Reelz, under the COPS Reloaded format. There's also a 24/7 channel devoted to COPS episodes from the Spike/Paramount Network era.

I wish they could do COPS reruns from the Fox years (which I much prefer).

The reloaded ones are shortened segments from the Fox years, starting from season 17.

Can't have cops shown in any sort of light that demonstrate they're humans and not jack booted thugs who live to prey on minorities. Doesn't fit the end game.
