I'm looking for an episode from the mid 2010's where a meth head was tweaking while being arrested close to the railroad tracks, he was all amped up and full of rage, I think the episode is from Wichita, KS but I'm not certain
Was that the one where he was stopped for shooting off a gun in a neighborhood? If so, that was from 2015. Pluto TV has a 24/7 COPS channel that airs episodes from the Spike/Paramount Network era. It might run on there.
That guy was totally strange in that segment. I don't know if they actually found meth, but he was very likely under the influence of it.
I can't remember if he was the one that was stopped for shooting off a gun in a neighborhood, I only saw that episode once, I do remember he was under the influence of meth and was totally amped up, he reminded me somewhat of the tweaker from the 2011 Springfield episode although thankfully he wasn't as intense as the Springfield tweaker, we don't have cable TV, I wish you could watch the 1990's episodes of COPS on TV again.
The episode I mentioned earlier is the one I'm leaning towards. This guy had a slight beard and also spitted several times and tried to resist by getting out of the cuffs and almost falling. I think they had to hobble him and had to put him in a wagon too. Even the main officer mentioned he was methed out.
I do remember him having a slight beard and he appeared to be in his late 20's/early 30's, I also remember the police having to hobble him, wish I can find that episode because I remember it being a standout, I know people get amped up when they're on drugs.
Season 28 was a decent season (not as good as Season 27 but a lot better than Season 26), that was also one of my favorite segments of Season 28, another Season 28 segment I really liked was the one where a bicyclist tosses a bag of marijuana in front of Officer Andrew Fincher, the suspect's reaction when he gets caught by Fincher was priceless! While Fincher was pissed off about the incident you can tell he was trying not to laugh.
The segment where the bicyclist tosses the bag was great too. I actually just watched Fincher's recap about it, and he was trying so hard not to laugh. The suspect also had another bag of weed in his sock. Fincher said he was glad he owned up to it because otherwise, he would have had a felony charge if he brought it into the jail. That was very cringeworthy.
I was also happy that the suspect had owned up to the weed and that Fincher was willing to overlook him tossing the bag of weed considering him tossing the weed is a felony offense, luckily the amount of weed the suspect had was enough to be a misdemeanor instead of a felony.
Too bad Dowlearn wasn't in a laughing mood when he dealt with another suspect tossing the marijuana in the bushes a year later although he was at least respectful towards the suspect.
