on an episode I watched recently, when an officer found crack in a black male's front blue jean pocket, he said, with a straight face: "These aren't my pants."

It's amazing how often that excuse/lie gets used...

Nothing beats the woman who flagged down a patrol car to complain that the crack cocaine she just bought was actually a chunk of drywall, and she wanted a refund.

These POS's can't tell the truth to save their lives, which they don't care about. And they're almost all thieves. Not exactly citizens of the year.
