Ive seen that one but there is another arreat, same cop same guy but different way of arresting him.
shareI think some of the "Cops reloaded" we get syndicated her, not the ones on Spike, have different edits. Mixed up order and quicker edits. That poor guy was a little nuts, I wonder how his job worked out?

Actually there are TWO different segments with the midget. One where he just gets put away and the other where Rosenthal tries to get him a job.
Also, the ReLoaded edits do not add any new or alternate material from what I've seen. They just cut stuff out to move the segment along.
