What season/episode did an older woman threathen to shoot herself and the cops end up shooting her in the stomach and I believe the face. She was saying something about her eye and it looked like an exit wound in the back of her head. But she was totally coherent and sat up. I remember a female officer mentioning that they used "non-lethal". Not even sure what that means? Any help?

But if I recall she was shot with the beab-bag bullets. And in typical fashion she sat up and asked if she could smoke a cigarette while she's sitting there bleeding! Is that the one?

Late to response but this was Season 21 episode 30. It was hilarious! It's even funnier because after threatening to shoot herself. She kept asking the cops "why did you shoot me?"
I just saw that one. They made a point afterwards of having two of the cops have a little conversation about it on camera, so they could make sure the audience knew they had used "less-lethals." I assume that's like rubber bullets or bean-bags or something. As if the audience would think they actually shot her with bullets & AIRED it. No idea how her eye got all bloodied up. They shot for her abdomen, not her face. Maybe when she went down she hit it on something? I don't know if it was drugs or adrenaline or what her deal was, but she seemed more concerned about getting a cigarette before they wheeled her away.
