What season was this episode was this from?

There was one episode where the police officers did a traffic stop on someone driving an older model (mid 90s) Honda Accord and inside of the vehicle the officers found a bunch of identities that didn't belong to him along with a computer skimmer, I believe the episode came out sometime around 2009 and I think the episode was either filmed in Las Vegas or somewhere in Southern California, I've only seen that episode one time and would like to see it again

This was from season 23 episode 11. He was soooo busted but he just kept making every excuse in the book as to why he had multiple IDS and even a locked safe in the trunk lol. I felt embarrassed for him.

Thanks for letting me know which episode I was asking about came from, I gotta get that episode on iTunes, I agree he was so busted and I was shocked with the amount of excuses he came up with.

This is the first time I know what episode you're talking about as I just saw it like 3 days ago. I feel like every episode people talk about are myths that I have never seen.
