Times they may have arrested the wrong person?

I see this particular episode on Spike quite often lately: Police in New Orleans during Mardi Gras are breaking up a fight involving at least four people. The fight was begun when a male stuck his hand up a girl's skirt; the girl's boyfriend then struck the alleged offender, leading to a brawl between himself, the alleged offender, and a friend of the alleged offender. She was clearly from the East Coast based upon her accent and appearance; I don't doubt that someone did inappropriately touch her, but I'm not so sure they arrested the right person based upon his and others' statements...

"...And on this farm he had an igloo..."

Well this was this one time where Joe Kolp and co from Pierce County tazed a sleeping drunk guy. He was outside so it was suspicious. He refused to respond to commands so they fried him. Pretty funny because it wasn't the guy they were supposed to be looking for xD

It wasn't mentioned in the episode that they tasered the wrong guy, I believe, but the guy ended up suing the people involved.

One episode I can think of where I've felt a person should have never been arrested was the one from Los Angeles (Season 7 Episode 33) where a young woman who has gotten choked and strangled by her ex-boyfriend who she filed a restraining order against yet she gets arrested because she stabbed her ex-boyfriend in the back with a screwdriver while she only stabbed him to get him to stop choking and strangling her, of course her boyfriend gets arrested for violating a restraining order that she filed against him, it did appear that her boyfriend was gonna be the victim because he's the one who called the police but failed to tell the police that she filed a restraining order against him.
