Los Angeles Murder Episode Question (Unsolved)

Argh! My old thread for this lemming off.

Anyway, I watched one of the episodes where a young woman was found lying dead in the street. White or Hispanic with dark hair. The detectives arrive and make some preliminary findings and theories about what happened. They learned she had been at a club earlier in the evening and had probably met her killer there. Also she had probably been in a vehicle and was running from it when shot.
Another poster thinks he remembers her wearing red boots and one of the detectives was bald.

My question is did this one ever get solved or anything else learned about it?

It's all like some bad movie.

Do you happen to know what season/episode this was?

reply

that episode would be from Season 5 Episode 7, really sad episode because I remember she was a nice looking girl who appeared to have a bright future ahead of her.

Thanks again, dude (dudette?) :P

No, there was no resolution to this episode. There was a second segment where an old man was killed at a liquor store where they did end up arresting a suspect at the video store. That one was sad too.

The end of the episode was a message saying a murder is committed every 21 minutes and 33% of them go unsolved :/

As I'm rereading the OP I just realized this board went from being 8 pages to 3. ****ing bastards deleted a whole bunch of threads >:(

I'm told that sometimes there's an update at the end of an episode when it's in repeats. I haven't seen this one since it originally aired, so I don't know if it has one. 

Yes. The IMDb sets the board automatic deletion timer according to how much traffic there is. When one develops higher traffic, it gets shortened. I've been burned by this before.

Thanks for your reply.
