Looking for an Episode... Season and number?

If I remember right, a teenage girl is accused by her Mom of biting her and the girl says her mom spanked her. The cop comes off as a hard-head military type, telling the girl that her mother can do anything she wants to her because she is the parent. She is her mother. The girl is arrested, cuffed, and put in the car. The whole thing left me and my wife a bit disturbed because there were tears in the girl's eyes like she was ready to let loose, and making sounds like there was something she wanted to say but was scared to reveal. It made one feel like there was more to the story than anyone knew. Hopefully, if there was something, it was found out later.

This happened in daylight in a typical suburban or regular style neighborhood, and the mom and daughter were both white. So was the steroid case of a cop.

I've seen it once, maybe twice, but not for a long time now. They seem to be showing the same reruns over and over again.

If anyone can help, please. I want to study it.

Technically, moms do have that right and I did actually see that episode. I was laughing at it at first, but it makes sense. Additionally, the mom was in her right to press charges because the gal was probably a spoiled brat all her life and up until she actually knew what it was like to be punished by the law, like an adult should, only then would she realize that she cannot get away with what she use to, under her mother.
