Where can we watch episodes from 1990-2005'ish?

I really love the older 90's episodes. Just something about they way things looked then and I think it's a great way to go on a time machine and see things they way they were.

I especially get tickled when an episode from say 1998 is on and you see gas prices at under $1.00/Gallon.

Anyways, it seems like the main channel this show is on is Spike, and they only seem to show episodes from the last few years.

That and lots of "Reloaded", which seems repeat the same 5 or 6 episodes.

Does anyone know why they have such a problem playing older episodes?

And related to that, why is it so hard to find old episodes online or for sale?

Probably so it doesn't look too dated, although I love the 90s episodes, and how they focused on one city.

Not a fan of "Reloaded" or the recent seasons. The charm is lost with it going from city to city.

one thing what I thought dates the late 80's/early 90's episodes was the hairstyles of the perps/victims/witnesses along with the boxy shaped cars, I agree the older episodes from the 90's were so much better, I also prefer them focusing on one city than the Coast to Coast format myself, I agree COPS Reloaded isn't really that great.

Its really not that hard to find them if you know where to look ;)

The problem is the earlier seasons ( especially like 1-4) have tons of missing episodes. Better than nothing though.

In Australia, on 1-HD channel, 2-3 nights a week, opposite problem. Re-runs over and over, eps >5YrsOld, is all we can frikken get.

a lot of the episodes from Seasons 1 to 10 are available on YouTube although only in 2/3 screen and many episodes are in good quality.

There are some episodes missing from the 90s seasons, but it's the best collection available. Still a lot of episodes with fairly good quality.
