Snout - the rat
Through a google search I was able to find out that the rat's name is Snout, but I'm wondering, did they ever used his name in an episode?
I don't recall every hearing his name. When I read it, it sounded right though.
share Snout's name is mentioned at the beginning of "One-Upsman-Chip".
It happens near the beginning:
At the part where Fat Cat covers Monty and Zipper under a cup, and Wart and Snout hold them down, Fat Cat says, "Snout, take our little friends for a spin."
"Alright, boss," replies Snout.

When I was small I thought that mepps was pronounced Max. I must have heard it wrong.
