I think ou're talking about Mr. Dumpty, he was the bad guy in Three Men and a Booby. He's an egg collector who steals eggs from rare birds' nests for his collection. The Rangers help a booby bird recover her egg and then they turn the heat up in Dumpty's house so his entire collection hatches.
