I watched the two collections almost back to back, trying to see all 50+ episodes at once. It may just be my imagination, but it almost seems like there's two different theme songs, with just slight differences between the two. And not between the two collections - It seemed like it switched back and forth between the episodes. Maybe it's just audio quality?
shareActually, there are two different versions! It is the same song but there the two versions of the opening have different video clips used. Also, in some episodes of the 5 part saga, I think I noticed the theme song pitch sounding higher.
shareI've only got the volume 1 boxset, but it's obvious that some episodes have different scenes in the opening theme compared to the rest and a different depiction of the title card.
