In the first series Tracey's accountant says the house is worth 1 million pounds. Do you really think that house would have been that expensive in 1989?

shareIn series 8 it was valued at 1 million. That was 1996, it may have been 3/4 in 1989. They move to a smaller house when they can't afford to pay the mortgage on the 1 million house and rented it out.
