Since I run a Waxwork Fan Site, I can tell you:
When Mark and the Marquis swordfight, Mark knocks the Marquis against the stairs railing, which breaks, he falls down and lands at the vat of boiling wax. Mark leaps down and briefly resumes the sword fight, which ends with Mark getting knocked down and disarmed. The Marquis holds his sword at Mark's throat and Mr. Lincoln, looking down at them from the balcony, turns his thumb down to the Marquis and says, "Kill the wimp." The Marquis looks at Mark and says, "School time is over. And now, you die." Before he can kill Mark, the Lumberjack's axe hits the Marquis' back and he turns around to see his killer on the stairs -- Sarah. The Marquis falls down dead and Sarah rushes to Mark, hugging him. Lincoln says, "How romantic", as he catches sight of this and pulls out a gun from a hidden location in the ceiling. Mark and Lincoln exchange a little dialogue between each other when Lincoln aims the gun at them.
MARK: "One last thing before you kill us, Lincoln."
LINCOLN: "You know my name."
MARK: "I should. You murdered my grandfather."
LINCOLN: "You're a Loftmore." (smiles) "Old horror lord's grandchild. Well, well, well, what a coincidence. It's such a small world."
MARK: "Well then, why do you want to end it?"
LINCOLN: (shrugs) "Somebody has to. See you in h*ll."
Before he can shoot, Sir Wilfred appears in the doorway and fires first, hitting Lincoln's chest. Lincoln lets out some bullets and Mark and Sarah take cover, barely missing the gunfire. Lincoln breaks through the railing as he falls off the balcony and into the vat of boiling wax. Mark looks at Sir Wilfred and says, "Thanks." (to Sarah) "You okay, Sarah?"
Sarah nods in response -- and she screams as Lincoln emerges from the vat and grabs Mark by the shoulders, asking, "Would you like a closer look?" These are Lincoln's last words, as he slumps back down into the vat, dead. Sarah tells Sir Wilfred, "Watch out, the flames!" and Wilfred replies, "Don't worry about me, young fools! Save yourselves!" But as Sir Wilfred speaks, the Werewolf approaches from behind and grabs his neck. Sarah looks away as Wilfred says, "Oh, my goodness!" and the Werewolf rips off his head. The Werewolf and Wilfred's body catch on fire as the Waxwork burns down. Mark walks with Sarah to a window, grabs a nearby blanket off a hook on the wall, drapes it over them and they smash through the window as they go outside. The inside of the Waxwork burns down, engulfing over Wilfred's slayers, the displays, the monsters, everything. As the exhibits burn, Inspector Roberts' hand is futilely trying to move away the sarcophagus' lid and he yells "Help!"
Anyway, Mark and Sarah step onto the front lawn and hold onto each other as they watch the Waxwork burn down. It seems to be over and the two walk off, as the building is reduced to burning rubble and debris. However, some bricks move aside and reveal the severed hand from the Zombies display is the lone survivor. The hand crawls out of the wreckage and down the front lawn. We then see the main title, which melts away, and over the end credits we hear "It's my party" by Lesley Gore.
Hope that answered your question.
