Does the origin of the 2 brothers disturb anyone else?

Not the cringe-worthy, look away type, but the uncomfortable genetic experiments mentioned in Arnold and DeVito's pasts. Just weird that both of them are not actually human, but genetic spawned things. Just saying.

Why would they not be considered human? That's like saying the sheep cloned in Scotland over a decade ago wasn't an actual sheep.
