Is a scene missing? HELP

I remember this movie from when it first came out. I really liked it & was thrilled to run across it on Oxygen the other day.
Ok, my question is this.. In the movie, I thought at the end 'Pauline' killed herself because she was going to start another movie & she got in a minor car accident & thought she broke her nose ?? She was driving home & she crashed her car (sports car) into a pole or something. She was very upset over it because she was scheduled to start shooting her next movie (porn?) & she thought her face was "messed up" & how would she be able to work with a damaged face. So she went into the garage & shot herself by the wrecked car, NOT in the bedroom. WHAT am I missing ?? Is this NOT the same movie ? Everything else is what I remembered it to be. What's going on? Am I mixing 2 storylines together ? Anyone who can help, please do !!!! Send me a private message as well, please, to ensure I get your post. Thanks a bunch.

ya, for sure that's the sad end of the story of Savannah, another talented actress that left us much too soon. Sounds like the business can be very unforgiving. I miss them both. j.w.

Yes, you have the story absolutely right, but not the story of Pauline. It is, as has been mentioned, Savannah. Not to try and be funny, but if you simply type "dead porn stars" into Google you will get all of the facts. Porn is actually viewed more than most folks admit. These women were probably much bigger stars than they could ever imagine. Some of these sites of the "dead porn stars" are like shrines. And while others are not so nice, the truth is that Pauline and Savannah have fans that adore them to this day,

This is very late (5 years) from your question, but the suicide was "shot" in the bedroom. I was there when they filmed it. It was in the house I grew up in.
