Which Rambo Movie is this scene from?

We see what looks like a wall of mud, then Rambos eyes open and we see he's standing against a wall and covered in mud. There were some amazing ways he hid from the enemy but I can't recall which Rambo movie the scene is from. In the past 2 days I've watched First Blood, then Rambo First Blood part 2, where he rescues POW's. Either I missed it or that scene isn't from either of those movies. Now I'm watching Rambo III, which takes place in Afghanistan.

Please...someone let me know
