Truth is, due to informal and formal renaming, the series actually is supposed to look like this and does make sense:
Rambo: First Blood
Rambo: First Blood Part II
Rambo III
John Rambo
No real problems there, tv lists the original as Rambo: First Blood and some dvd/blu ray art reflects this. It was renamed much like Star Wars was renamed Star Wars Episode IV: A New Hope to flow with Star Wars Episode V: The Empire Strikes Back.
