I Hated The Way The Witch Said 'Ed Harley'

Something about the way the actress said his name annoyed me.

I loved it. It added a touch of arrogance to her character. Because she KNOWS his ultimate fate, and will do whatever he wants so long as he pays the price, both in money and in his life.

We have to assume as viewers she's been doing this for a long time, and has seen many people turn to pumpkinhead. It's almost as if she remembers everyone of their names.

I did the same thing- and still do when I see this movie on. Just can't help it!

Yeah, OP. You're supposed to think it's funny when she says Ed Harley. She says it at least a half a dozen times and you can see it coming. It's like singing along.

Say it with me and the other guys~...Ed Hawlee.

There was a time, when my buddies and I were talking smack at each other, if one of them said "god damn you" to me, I would do my best Haggis impression: "He already has, son. He already has."

reply

I love the way she says his name. I love the way she talks period.

"You're a fool...Ed Har-ley."

"It's what you wanted!"

If you love someone, set them free. If they come back, nobody else wanted them either.

I love everything about Haggis. One of the best movie characters ever.

Burn, witch! Burn, witch! Burn! Burn! Burn!

I agree. I want a Haggis movie.

weird. i love that part of it. sometimes i repeat her lines in that voice.
