Poor Leroy.

I just re-watched this film again tonight. You know, in the beginning, these two SFPD officers are busting this guy, "Leroy" for carrying drugs. The bad guy car drives by and the cops handcuff Leroy to his car so they can begin the pursuit. It ends with the cops getting killed, so they never get to tell anyone that Leroy is there or return for him. I wonder how long Leroy was handcuffed to his car.
