Would actually watch a second part to this story...

...I think it would take-well to a sequel. There's a coziness to the cast and I think teh storylines were built for "Remember When?" It would be a fortune for them to hire Julia Roberts, though. I'd see it!

A few years ago I thought a good sequel would be one where we see JoJo and Bill (and all the "swarming kids" she mentioned)...she is now owner of the Mystic Pizza and knows the secret ingredient. Daisy is still in town, a hot-shot realtor who made a ton of cash during the housing boom...she reconnects with Charlie when he is selling his parent's mansion...and Kat moves home to reconnect with family and her roots after years of living and working elsewhere as a professor of Astronomy...and they can throw in some love interest for her, too of course.

I'd definitely see it too. Though I'd rather have William R. Moses return than Adam Storke. Nothing against Adam, he was good in the film and quite goodlooking, but I just liked Tim and Kat's storyline better, even though Tim is a cheating bastard and so on. Hard to hate him for that when William is so incredibly attractive. Tim could be divorced and they could meet unexpectedly at a Yale alumni party or something. That would provide some drama (because of course Kat would have a steady boyfriend, perhaps she would even be engaged and because of their history, of course) and the pairing would still be so hot. Both Annabeth Gish and William R. Moses have aged extremely well.

Yes, I need to get a life and stop making up elaborate fantasies about sequels to 22 year old films, sequels that are most likely never going to be made. Duly noted.
